Subject: Giving Presentations - becoming a better presenter using PowerPoint or Keynote
Presenter: Michelle Lamoreaux and Brian Huculak
Date: Thursday, March 22, 2007
Location: Multimedia SIGi meeting at CompuUSA - Park Meadows
Comments: Michelle and Huc provided a lot of content on using PowerPoint and Keynote as presentation tools. Perhaps the most important information covered wasn't so much on how to use the products as on how to be a better presenter using specific product features. We also covered some detailed content on how to setup and deliver your content, and on how to be efficient when creating your content (some do's and don'ts particularly related to master slides).
If you attended this session then you'll understand why the keynote and powerpoint 'presentations' aren't posted here
After all, we can't upload our 'presentation' since we can't beam ourselves through the wires
You should visit our Keynote Forum for some helpful information that was covered during the presentation. We've posted the content there in the hopes that everyone can contribute their thoughts on using Keynote and PowerPoint or provide their own hints and tips on being better presenters.
Don't forget we also covered similar subjects in 2006, you should visit this page on making presentations and this info on lectures to learn more.
